Booking Worcester Riverside Events for your function couldn’t be easier!
Use the automated booking tool to check availability and provisionally book your function. This tool should be used for standard Friday/Saturday evening bookings (19:00 – Midnight) only. Bookings for other times can be requested using the Contact Us link at the top of the page.
Our standard hire price is £350 for an evening which includes a fully licensed and staffed bar. If you would like a DJ included we offer a room/disco package for £550. As a special offer to blow the COVID19 cobwebs away, we’re running a promotional price of £150 room only or £400 for our Room and DJ package.
Once we have received your booking request, we will double check the date requested is still available (it should be, but we always like to check) and then send you a deposit request via email. This will provide a clickable link to enable you to pay our £50 deposit via debit/credit card. Once payment has been received – we will confirm your booking. Please note – this is a manual process so final confirmation will not be received instantly. We aim to confirm all bookings within 48 hours.
Please note we operate a fully cashless bar – only card payments are accepted.
Closer to your function date, we will contact you to finalise the arrangements and take payment of the final balance – this can again be via debit or credit card or via online banking.
